This document is an implementation draft. Legal entity details, jurisdiction, contact addresses and effective dates are marked as required and must be completed and reviewed by the business and its counsel before public launch. It is not legal advice.

Prohibited use

You may not use WindspeedSEO to:

  • Violate applicable law or infringe the rights of others.
  • Gain unauthorised access to any system, account or website.
  • Distribute malware or other harmful code.
  • Abuse connected providers, or evade rate, cost or security controls.
  • Send unlawful bulk or unsolicited messages.
  • Scrape or process data you have no authority to process.
  • Interfere with the availability or integrity of the service.
  • Use generated or published content deceptively or unlawfully.

Connected websites

You must have authority over every website and account you connect. WindspeedSEO’s Managed Automation plan publishes content and implements changes on connected sites, and that authority is a precondition of using it.

Published content

Content published through WindspeedSEO must not misrepresent credentials, qualifications or experience. Author biographies use verified and approved facts only. You remain responsible for the claims made on your website.

Enforcement

WindspeedSEO may restrict or suspend abusive use consistent with the terms of service and applicable law.
