Managed Automation — $299/month
Managed SEO automation with execution and verification built in
Managed Automation includes everything in Insights for one primary website, then carries the work through: generated and published blog content, a human developer assigned to implementation work, controlled WordPress access, and QA verification before anything is reported to you as complete.

- One primary website
- +$199/mo per extra site
- Publishing included
- QA verified
The difference is follow-through, not more dashboards
Managed Automation exists because most websites do not fail for lack of analysis. They fail because the prioritized list produced in January is still the prioritized list in June.
On this plan, WindspeedSEO owns the “act” stage of the loop. Content opportunities become published articles. Technical, on-page and landing-page findings become assigned developer work. Both run through QA before they are reported to you as complete, and both are measured against the following period so the effect is recorded rather than assumed.
What execution actually looks like
Autonomous blog publishing
Articles are generated against identified content opportunities, given a generated featured image, and published to your WordPress site under a dedicated public author identity. The author biography uses verified and approved facts only.
Human landing pages
Landing pages are implemented by a person, not generated. So is technical and on-page work. These are the changes that break things when they go wrong, and they are treated accordingly.
Assignment and workload balance
Work is distributed with a workload-balanced round robin using advisory expected-effort ranges, with a fair tie-breaker. Assignment triggers a notification to the assigned developer. Administrators can pause, override and reassign.
Controlled access, every time
Developers open your site through short-lived, single-use signed sign-on into a restricted SEO developer role. No shared accounts, no WordPress passwords, no application passwords issued to humans, no user-management capability.
QA before it counts
Deterministic validators run first. Anything that cannot be verified by machine is flagged for manual QA. Only verified work becomes customer-visible as complete.
Outcome tracking
Completed work is measured against the following period, so the report can distinguish between “we shipped it” and “it worked”.
What it costs
| Item | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Primary Managed website | $299/month | Includes everything on this page |
| Each additional active Managed website | $199/month | Added as a line item on the same organization subscription |
| Free trial | Not offered | Paid from the first billing cycle |
What Managed Automation still will not do
- It will not guarantee a ranking, traffic or revenue outcome.
- It will not make risky production changes without human execution and verification.
- It will not fabricate author credentials or experience for a published byline.
- It will not present unverified work to you as completed.
- It will not ask for, store or use your normal WordPress password.

Frequently asked questions
What does Managed SEO automation include that Insights doesn’t?
Four things: a WordPress connection, autonomous blog generation and publishing with featured images, human developer execution of landing-page, technical and on-page work, and QA verification with outcome tracking. Everything else — the monitoring, analysis, prioritization and reporting — is identical to Insights.
Who actually does the implementation work?
A human developer. Content generation is automated, but landing-page, technical and on-page changes are executed by an assigned person, because those changes carry real risk on a production website.
Assignment uses a workload-balanced round robin informed by advisory effort estimates, with a fair tie-breaker. An administrator can pause, reassign or override any assignment.
Do I have to give WindspeedSEO my WordPress password?
No, and you should refuse if any vendor asks. WordPress connection uses a companion plugin with separate machine credentials — one for provisioning and a different one for publishing — so no human ever needs your personal login, and either credential can be revoked without affecting the other.
The WordPress integration page describes the connection in detail.
What access do developers get to my WordPress site?
Short-lived, single-use signed sign-on into a custom SEO developer role — not the built-in Administrator role. WordPress user-management capabilities are denied, as are the plugin and theme code capabilities that would let someone work around the restriction. Every developer has an individual mapped account; shared logins are not used.
How do I know work was actually done properly?
Because a developer marking a task complete is not what puts it in your report. Deterministic validators run first and check the objectively checkable things — is the change live, does the page return the right status, is the canonical correct. Only QA-verified work is shown to you as completed.
Where a requirement genuinely cannot be machine-verified, it is flagged for manual QA rather than passed on assumption.
Who is credited as the author of published blog posts?
A dedicated public publishing author identity, separate from the machine accounts used to publish. The author biography uses verified and approved facts only — WindspeedSEO does not fabricate credentials, qualifications or experience for a published byline.
Can I add more websites to Managed Automation?
Yes. The plan covers one primary website at $299/month, and each additional active Managed website is $199/month on the same organization subscription — one subscription with one primary line item plus one line item per additional site, rather than separate accounts.
What happens to publishing if my payment fails?
Everything pauses. Entitlement is rechecked at the moment a job would run, so no publishing, data refresh or external provider call executes while payment is unresolved. Service resumes once payment is restored. See the billing and cancellation policy.
