Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, what happens if payment is unresolved, and what happens to historical data.

This document is an implementation draft. Legal entity details, jurisdiction, contact addresses and effective dates are marked as required and must be completed and reviewed by the business and its counsel before public launch. It is not legal advice.

Prices

WindspeedSEO is subscription software, billed monthly. Current public prices are:

  • WindspeedSEO Insights — $99/month, one website.
  • WindspeedSEO Managed Automation — $299/month, one primary website.
  • Each additional active Managed Automation website — $199/month.

Billing is one subscription per organization: one primary Managed line item plus one line item for each additional active Managed website. No free trial is offered. Current prices are always shown on the pricing page.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the billing system’s effective cancellation date. Google connections use read-only scopes and can be disconnected at any time independently of billing.

If payment is unresolved

When a subscription is not paid, SEO execution pauses for the organization and its sites. Data refreshes, external provider work and publishing stop, and entitlement is rechecked at the point work would run, so nothing continues in the background.

Your plan is preserved while this is being resolved. Restoring payment resumes service and restarts the retention clock rather than starting your account over.

If it is never resolved, the published lifecycle applies: a pause, then notice before any historical data is removed, then removal of designated historical data. The exact published timings must match the application’s implemented lifecycle and are being confirmed before launch.
