These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WindspeedSEO.
Use of the service
WindspeedSEO provides tools for SEO analysis, monitoring, reporting, recommendations, and related workflow automation. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, websites, analytics properties, and data that you are authorized to access.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify WindspeedSEO of suspected unauthorized access.
Third-party services
WindspeedSEO may integrate with third-party services including Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Your use of those services remains subject to the third party's own terms and policies. WindspeedSEO is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or restrictions imposed by third-party services.
Google authorization
When you connect a Google account, you authorize WindspeedSEO to access only the Google data and permissions presented during the Google OAuth authorization process. You may revoke that authorization through your Google Account.
Service availability
WindspeedSEO may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
SEO results
SEO analysis and recommendations are informational. Search rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, indexing, and other outcomes are affected by factors outside WindspeedSEO's control, and no particular SEO result is guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You may not use WindspeedSEO to violate law, access data without authorization, interfere with service operation, attempt to bypass security controls, or misuse third-party platforms or credentials.
Intellectual property
WindspeedSEO and its associated software, branding, interfaces, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of WindspeedSEO intellectual property to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WindspeedSEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as WindspeedSEO evolves. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
