Everything WindspeedSEO uses to monitor, prioritize and improve your site
WindspeedSEO is one connected system rather than a folder of separate tools. Each capability below feeds the same prioritization model, so a technical regression, a lost backlink and an uncovered content cluster are all weighed against each other before anything reaches your to-do list.

Measurement first, because everything else depends on it
Every WindspeedSEO feature rests on one connected baseline. Search Console supplies queries, pages, clicks, impressions, CTR and position. Google Analytics 4 supplies what organic visitors did after they arrived. PageSpeed and CrUX supply lab and real-user performance. Technical crawling supplies indexability and integrity. Paid intelligence supplies competitor, keyword and backlink context that isn’t observable from your own property.
Holding all of that in one place is what makes the rest possible: you cannot rank findings against each other if each one lives in a different tool with a different time window.
Monitoring and intelligence
Available on both Insights and Managed Automation.
Search performance monitoring
Query and page level performance with period-over-period comparison, so a decline is visible while it is still a small decline.
SEO dashboard →Keyword rank tracking
Tracked commercial queries separated from long-tail noise, with movement tied back to the pages that own them.
Rank tracking →Competitor analysis
Search competitors identified from the results you actually compete in, not from a list of companies you already knew about.
Competitor analysis →Content gap analysis
Uncovered clusters filtered for business relevance, then turned into specific page recommendations with an intended page type.
Content gap analysis →Backlink monitoring
New and lost referring domains with the context needed to tell a meaningful change from ordinary churn.
Backlink monitoring →Technical SEO monitoring
Indexability, status codes, canonicals, robots rules, sitemap integrity and performance, connected to the pages and revenue they affect.
Technical monitoring →AI search visibility
Repeatable measurement of whether AI assistants mention and cite you, with the variance stated rather than hidden.
AI search visibility →Automated reporting
Period reports that lead with the narrative — what changed, what was done, what happens next — instead of forty pages of charts.
SEO reporting →Prioritized recommendations
A short ranked list with the evidence attached, so the reason a task is near the top is inspectable rather than assumed.
SEO automation →Execution and verification
Managed Automation only. This is the part that turns a recommendation into a change that actually shipped.
WordPress publishing
A connected WordPress site receives generated blog content and implementation changes through machine credentials that are separate from your own login and can be revoked independently.
Autonomous blog generation
Articles generated against identified content opportunities, with featured images and a dedicated public publishing author identity that is separate from the machine accounts used to publish.
Developer work management
Landing-page, technical and on-page work is generated from the same findings, assigned with a workload-balanced round robin, and tracked to completion. An administrator can pause, reassign or override any assignment.
Controlled WordPress access
Developers reach the site through short-lived, single-use signed sign-on with a restricted SEO developer role. User management and arbitrary code installation are denied at the role level.
Automated QA
Deterministic validators run first. Where a requirement genuinely cannot be machine-checked, it is marked for manual QA rather than passed on assumption.
Outcome tracking
Completed work is measured against the following period so the effect of a change is recorded, not just the fact that it happened.
Where the boundaries are
A feature list is more useful when it says what a product does not do.
- WindspeedSEO does not guarantee rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes.
- Insights does not publish content or implement changes on your website.
- Automation does not remove human judgement from decisions that change a live site.
- A developer marking work complete does not make it complete; QA verification does.
- AI-visibility measurement reflects sampled, repeatable observation, not a guaranteed view of every AI answer every user receives.

Frequently asked questions
Are all WindspeedSEO features available on both plans?
No. Every measurement, monitoring, analysis and reporting feature is available on both plans. The execution features — WordPress publishing, autonomous blog generation, featured images, developer assignment and QA verification — are Managed Automation only.
Feature access is controlled by plan entitlements rather than by price comparison, so a capability either is or isn’t enabled for your organization; there are no partially working features.
Which features need access to my website?
Only the execution features. Monitoring, keyword, competitor, backlink, technical and AI-visibility analysis all work from read-only Google connections plus publicly observable data, which is why Insights can deliver its full feature set without ever touching your site.
WordPress publishing and implementation need a connection, and that connection uses separate machine credentials rather than your personal WordPress password.
How often does each feature refresh its data?
Different signals move at different speeds, so they are collected on different cadences. Search Console and Analytics data follow Google’s own availability lag. Technical checks run frequently enough to catch a regression within days. Paid keyword, competitor and backlink intelligence is refreshed on a bounded schedule because each refresh has a real cost attached to it.
Every figure in the interface is timestamped, so you always know how fresh the number you are looking at actually is.
Can I use WindspeedSEO features on more than one website?
Managed Automation covers one primary website, and additional active Managed websites are $199/month each on the same organization subscription. Insights covers one website in this version.
Does WindspeedSEO replace my analytics or Search Console?
No, and it isn’t meant to. Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 remain the systems of record. WindspeedSEO reads from them, joins them to technical, competitor, backlink and AI-visibility signals, and adds the layer neither of them provides: what changed, why it matters for your business, and what to do about it in what order.
What features are used to decide what I should work on next?
Prioritization draws on the whole set: the size and direction of the change in search performance, the commercial value of the affected pages and queries in analytics, the strength of the supporting evidence, the estimated effort, and whether the issue represents ongoing risk. Findings that are large, well-evidenced, commercially relevant and cheap to fix rise to the top.
The methodology page explains the reasoning in more detail.

Every plan shares the same measurement engine. The difference is whether WindspeedSEO stops at the recommendation or carries it through to verified work.
