No delivery endpoint is configured
Validation works, but nothing you type is submitted anywhere and no message reaches us. Without JavaScript the fields are disabled outright, so a form submission cannot carry them either. The production destination is configured at deployment.
Faster than a support request
- Search Console integration — what access is requested, and how to reconnect.
- Analytics 4 integration — what is read and what it is used for.
- WordPress integration — credentials, roles and developer access.
- Billing and cancellation — changing or ending a subscription.
- Sample report — what each report section means.
- Pricing — plan boundaries and additional-site pricing.

Common support questions
How do I reconnect Google Search Console or Analytics?
Open the integrations area of your WindspeedSEO account and reconnect the property through the standard Google consent flow. A connection usually needs reconnecting because access was revoked in Google, because the account that authorized it lost access to the property, or because the property itself changed.
If reconnecting does not resolve it, contact support with the property URL and the exact message you see.
Why is my report showing no data for a period?
The most common causes are a disconnected integration, a property with no traffic in that window, or Google’s own reporting lag for very recent dates. Search Console data is typically a couple of days behind, so the most recent days will often be incomplete rather than empty.
If a period that previously had data now shows none, that is worth reporting.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Subscription changes are managed from the billing area of your account. Canceling stops the next renewal; plans are monthly. The full process, including what happens to your data afterwards, is described in the billing and cancellation policy.
My WordPress connection stopped working. What should I check?
Check that the companion plugin is still active and updated, that machine credentials have not been revoked, and that no security plugin or firewall rule is blocking the connection. Publishing and provisioning use separate credentials, so one can fail while the other continues to work.
Include which function failed — publishing or developer sign-on — when you contact us; it narrows the cause considerably.
Why does work show as in QA rather than complete?
Because it has not been verified yet. WindspeedSEO only reports work as complete once deterministic validation confirms it, or once manual QA has been performed where a requirement cannot be machine-checked. Work sitting in QA is finished but not yet confirmed.
Will support ever ask for my password?
No. WindspeedSEO support will never ask for your WordPress password, an application password, an API key or an access token — and you should never include one in a support message. If you receive a request like that claiming to be from us, do not respond and report it to us.
What should I include in a support request?
Your account or organization name, the affected website, the exact wording of any error message, and what you were doing when it happened. Including that detail up front means fewer rounds of clarification.
No response-time commitment is published. If a support service level is agreed, it will be stated here.
